Vegetable forminhas

So i was really hungry this evening and all i could see is vegetables in the refrigerator.

Not all vegetables are boring. They are healthy too.

So heres a list of the ingredients needed for the filling.
1 potato
1 carrot
250 grms French beans
Mayonnaise
Pepper

12-15 canapé baskets / Forminhas

Method.

Cut the vegetables into fine pieces and boil them until they are soft.

Cool it for sometime and refrigerate it for 10 mins.

Add salt and pepper and mix it well.

Add mayonnaise according to how creamy you want it.

You can also use maggi for taste.

Fill it in the forminhas and now you can enjoy this tasty and healthy snack.

And now your snack is ready. If you haven’t attended any goan function then this is the best to prepare when your hungry at home. This is one of the most served snack at any occasion. Hope you liked it!!
